This will be monitored and managed by portfolio managers who are totally responsible for the entire activity. They will also interact with the client on a regular basis and will cater to the client’s needs. Additional manpower is maintained as a buffer to substitute for absentees and also to handle extra volumes. Further, we maintain the manpower database obtained through reliable sources to be called-upon for future requirements. In short, we are sufficiently equipped to make instant start if the need arises.
